Because of our immediate proximity to the border--we are only one third of a mile north of the Rio Grande River--Casa Santa Ana was built with security in mind. That said, in many years of operation, we have never had a single incident or problem, but we believe in being prudent. You will be provided with a front gate remote control to be used very early in the morning or after 10 p.m. -Unfortunately, we cannot accept pets at CSA at this time. We can, however, recommend excellent boarding and veterinary facilities in the area.

All rooms ar CSA are non-smoking. -We have one room that was constructed to comply with most provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act. It is available first-come-first-served. CSA is all on one level and provides easy access for wheelchairs. In addition, Santa Ana NWR has a trail that is suitable for wheelchairs and that winds through some of the best wildlife habitat in the refuge.
